MEETING YOUR EXPECTATIONSThe WORXz® focus has evolved in assisting organizations in improving their leadership approach, systems and processes in a manner that accelerates the timeline for change while at the same time involving your employees to reduce resistance. In doing so, WORXz® has developed processes that involve large scale strategic change management utilizing an organizational cross-functional approach. These results in a process(s) that are complete with scorecard of metrics to assure that the change will be driven in a systematic manner. Most organizational improvement efforts struggle with implementation and associated employee resistance to change. Our work plan reduces the forces that create the resistance and creates the environment that implements the improvements through the identification of pertinent tasks and associated responsibility and accountability by initiating the balanced scorecard across all pertinent organization functions. |
